The attentive staff at the reception provided invaluable directions, and the peaceful spa area was a perfect place to unwind after a day of skiing.

We found the rooftop pool amazing with stunning views, but the breakfast could've used a bit more variety, mate. a solid stay though!

this hotel is pretty awesome, the rooftop pool has stunning views and is such a chill place to relax after a day. the staff are super friendly and really make you feel welcome. the bar is also a great spot for drinks with cool vibes at night. location is perfect, just a short walk from the town center. definitely worth staying here for a comfy time!

Noise disturbances from entertainment during the night can greatly disrupt sleep!!! Adequate cleaning and maintenance in the spa area is essential!!! Management should address complaints more effectively!!!

Had an awesome time enjoying the rooftop pool with breathtaking views and the amazing spa that really helped me unwind after a long day. The only hiccup was a bit of noise from the bar, but it didn’t ruin my stay at all. Definitely try the local dishes at the restaurant—they're delicious! 🌄

My stay at the Adler was commendable, particularly due to the spacious Junior Suite which featured a private sauna. The staff promptly provided a kettle with complimentary tea and coffee upon request, enhancing my comfort during a busy work week. The hotel’s restaurant delivered an impressive five-course dinner experience, with excellent options like a perfectly cooked Wagyu steak and traditional Kalb schnitzel. The extensive wine list offered a fantastic selection of Austrian wines.

Had a blast at this hotel, especially chilling at the rooftop pool—totally stunning views! Staff were super friendly, and the bar had some decent drinks. I did notice some tiny issues, like the breakfast selection could use a few more options. But honestly, those views make it all worth it.

SPA staff offered used boot covers while the shower flooded the bathroom.

this was my first visit to kitzbuhel, and staying at the adler made my birthday celebration unforgettable. the grand junior suite was spacious with a balcony and its own sauna, which was a lovely touch. breakfast was exceptional, featuring fresh fruits and a variety of juices, and the staff surprised me with a delicious marble cake on my special day.

the water in the shower was lukewarm.
